The Hydraforce 5612496 (5612496) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in hydraulic systems. Known as the XRVd50-20X, this valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It is engineered to provide a fast response to load changes in circuits that require low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage. The valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and maintains a consistent adjuster height when altering the pressure setting. Built with a hardened poppet and cage, it ensures long-lasting performance. The XRVd50-20X also offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) for varied application needs and demonstrates rapid response to pressure changes within an industry-common cavity design.
