The Hydraforce 5611406.M165 (5611406.M165) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and low internal leakage. The RV10-22X model blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to move the poppet from its seat. This valve provides a smooth transition in response to loads commonly found in hydraulic circuits. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, with options A, B, and C offering positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve includes a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 241 bar (3500 psi). Its design ensures rapid response to pressure surges and fits industry-common sizes.
