The Hydraforce 5611402.M90 (5611402.M90) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed as a pressure-limiting device for demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. The RV10-22X model effectively blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, ensuring a smooth transition in response to varying loads in typical hydraulic systems. Key features include adjustment options A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid, as well as hardened poppet and cage components for enhanced durability. The valve also offers optional spring ranges up to 241 bar (3500 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure surges. Its industry-common size facilitates easy integration into existing systems.
