It is designed as a pressure-limiting device for demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, allowing for a smooth transition in response to load variations in standard hydraulic systems. Notably, this model features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, with options A, B, and C providing positive stops to prevent spring solidification. The construction includes a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 241 bar (3500 psi). Additionally, it provides rapid response to pressure surges and is compatible with industry-standard sizes.
