The Hydraforce 5611100.M15 (5611100.M15) is a screw-in, cartridge-style hydraulic relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. This direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type valve efficiently limits pressure by blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It ensures smooth transitions in response to load variations in standard hydraulic systems. Key features include non-backout adjustments with options A, B, and C that incorporate positive stops to prevent spring solidification. The valve's hardened poppet and cage construction enhances durability and longevity. It offers optional spring ranges up to 241 bar (3500 psi), allowing rapid response to pressure surges while maintaining compatibility with industry-standard sizes.
