The Hydraforce 5611062.15 (5611062.15) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits. This valve, known for its low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage, is engineered to block flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It provides a smooth transition in response to load changes within common hydraulic systems. Notably, the RV10-22X model features adjustments with positive stops that prevent the springs from becoming solid, ensuring reliable performance and longevity. The hardened poppet and cage further contribute to its durability. This model offers optional spring ranges up to 241 bar (3500 psi), allowing for rapid response to pressure surges while maintaining an industry-common size for easy integration into various applications.
