The Hydraforce 5611003.M138 (5611003.M138) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. This relief valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to move the poppet off its seat. It ensures a smooth transition in response to load changes in typical hydraulic systems. Key features include adjustment options A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent the springs from becoming solid, as well as hardened poppet and cage components for extended durability. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 241 bar (3500 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure surges.
