The Hydraforce 5610513 (5610513) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection. This valve is suitable for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It offers a fast response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits and is characterized by low internal leakage. The valve is applicable in existing and new applications, although it can be functionally replaced by the RVD58-20, which is noted as Hydraforce's best-in-class relief valve. While the RVD58-20 provides a comparable response rate and better pressure rise characteristics in a smaller size, it is important to note that it is not a drop-in replacement. Additionally, the corrosion-resistant version GRV10-20 of this model is not recommended for crossover applications.
