The Hydraforce 5610468V (5610468V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed as a pressure-limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection. It is suitable for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, offering quick response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits that require low internal leakage. This valve is not recommended for crossover applications and has been superseded by the RVD58-20, which offers similar pressure and flow ratings with a smaller size and better pressure rise characteristics.
