The Hydraforce 5610407 (5610407) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuit protection. Suitable for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids with lubricating properties, this valve efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. The RV10-20X model is known for its fast response to load changes and low internal leakage, making it ideal for typical hydraulic circuits. While the RVD58-20 is suggested as a superior alternative due to its smaller size and better pressure rise characteristics, the RV10-20X remains a reliable choice in existing applications where a drop-in replacement is not feasible. The corrosion-resistant GRV10-20 variant of this valve is not recommended for crossover applications.
