The Hydraforce 5610200 (5610200) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure limiting device for standard hydraulic circuit protection. This model is specifically intended for use with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, allowing fluid passage. This design ensures rapid response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. Although this valve is suitable for existing and new applications, it is worth noting that Hydraforce's RVD58-20 model can functionally replace the RV10-20X in most scenarios due to its enhanced features such as better pressure rise characteristics and a smaller size. However, it should be noted that the corrosion-resistant version GRV10-20 of this valve is not recommended for crossover applications.
