The Hydraforce 5610105 (5610105) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuit protection. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, making it suitable for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids with lubricating properties. This valve is known for its fast response to load changes and low internal leakage in typical hydraulic circuits. While it serves as a robust solution for existing and new applications, Hydraforce suggests considering the RVD58-20 as a best-in-class alternative due to its smaller size, comparable pressure and flow ratings, and better pressure rise characteristics. However, it's important to note that the RV10-20X is not recommended for crossover applications.
