The Hydraforce 5610067 (5610067) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device for protecting common hydraulic circuits. This valve is compatible with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, allowing for quick response to load changes while maintaining low internal leakage. It is suitable for existing and new applications; however, users are encouraged to consider the newer RVD58-20 model as a potential replacement due to its enhanced features. The RV10-20X offers comparable pressure and flow ratings but does not serve as a drop-in replacement. It provides similar response rates and improved pressure rise characteristics in a smaller form factor without a dynamic seal.
