The Hydraforce 5607238 (5607238) is a direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve, specifically designed to manage oil flow in hydraulic systems by directing it to a secondary circuit once a set pressure is reached in the primary circuit. In its normal state, the PS08-30 model blocks flow at port 1 while allowing flow from port 2 to port 3. Upon reaching the predetermined pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to permit flow from port 1 to port 2. This valve features non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid, ensuring reliability and safety. It offers optional spring ranges up to 165.5 bar (2400 psi), providing versatility for various applications. The hardened spool and cage components contribute to its durability and longevity, while its compact size aligns with industry-standard dimensions for ease of integration into existing systems.
