The Hydraforce 5607204 (5607204) is a direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve known as the PS08-30. This valve is specifically designed to direct oil to a secondary circuit once a predetermined pressure level is reached in the primary circuit. In its default state, the PS08-30 blocks flow at port 1 while allowing flow from port 2 to port 3. When the set pressure at port 1 is achieved, the cartridge shifts to permit flow from port 1 to port 2. Notable features of this valve include non-reversible adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and optional spring ranges up to 165.5 bar (2400 psi). The valve components, such as the hardened spool and cage, ensure durability and extended service life. Additionally, its compact and industry-common size makes it versatile for various applications where space is limited but reliable hydraulic sequencing is essential.
