The Hydraforce 5607044 (5607044) is a direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve known as the PS08-30. This valve is specifically designed to manage the flow of hydraulic oil by directing it to a secondary circuit once a predetermined pressure level in the primary circuit is reached. In its default state, the PS08-30 blocks flow at port 1 while allowing flow from port 2 to port 3. Upon reaching the set pressure at port 1, the cartridge shifts to permit flow from port 1 to port 2. Notable features of this valve include adjustments that cannot be backed out, ensuring that springs do not go solid during operation. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 165.5 bar (2400 psi), and its hardened spool and cage contribute to its durability and long life. Additionally, its compact size makes it suitable for use in applications where space is limited.
