The Hydraforce 5607042 (5607042) is a direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve known as the PS08-30. This valve is engineered to efficiently direct oil to a secondary circuit once a predetermined pressure level is reached in the primary circuit. In its default state, the PS08-30 blocks flow at port 1 while allowing flow from port 2 to port 3. When the set pressure at port 1 is achieved, the cartridge shifts to permit flow from port 1 to port 2. Key features of this valve include adjustments that cannot be backed out, preventing springs from becoming solid, and optional spring ranges up to 165.5 bar (2400 psi). The hardened spool and cage ensure long-lasting performance, and its compact design fits industry-common sizes.
