The Hydraforce 5607040V (5607040V) is a direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve, specifically designed to manage oil flow to a secondary circuit upon reaching a set pressure level in the primary circuit. In its default state, the PS08-30 model blocks flow at port 1 while permitting flow from port 2 to port 3. When the predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve shifts to allow flow from port 1 to port 2. This model features non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid, ensuring reliability and longevity. It offers optional spring ranges up to 165.5 bar (2400 psi) and includes a hardened spool and cage for extended durability. The compact design adheres to industry-common sizing standards, making it suitable for seamless integration into various hydraulic systems requiring precise sequence control.
