The Hydraforce 5607031 (5607031) is a direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve specifically designed to manage oil flow to a secondary circuit upon reaching a set pressure level in the primary circuit. In its default position, this valve blocks flow at port 1 while permitting passage from port 2 to port 3. When the pressure at port 1 reaches the predetermined threshold, the cartridge shifts to allow flow from port 1 to port 2. This model features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, ensuring that the springs do not become solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 165.5 bar (2400 psi), and both the spool and cage are hardened for extended lifespan. The compact design of this valve aligns with industry-common sizes, making it a versatile component for hydraulic systems requiring precise control over sequence operations.
