The Hydraforce 5606511 (5606511) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and spool damping chamber. This valve is engineered to function as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits. In its steady state, the PR58-38XXX model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, thus regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this mode, the valve can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3. Port 2 may be safeguarded by an optional 60 x 60 mesh screen.
