The Hydraforce 5606454 (5606454) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, designed to act as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits. In its steady state, the PR58-38XXX allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1, with constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1.
