This valve is designed to regulate pressure in secondary circuits by allowing bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 when in a steady state, with the spring chamber continuously drained at port 3. Once a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1 and relieving it to port 3 if necessary.
