The Hydraforce 5606450S (5606450S) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, making it ideal for regulating pressure in secondary circuits. In its steady state, the valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. When the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2 and regulates the pressure at port 1. Additionally, this model can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3. The design includes features such as adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and options for different spring ranges up to 248 bar (4200 psi).
