The Hydraforce 5606301 (5606301) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. Specifically designed for secondary circuit pressure regulation, this valve is intended for use in stable input flow circuits. In its steady state, it allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. When the pre-determined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2 to regulate the pressure effectively. Additionally, it can relieve port 1 to port 3 at a variable value over the set reducing pressure. Notable features include non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and optional spring ranges up to 152 bar (2200 psi). The hardened spool and cage ensure long-lasting durability, and its compact size aligns with industry standards for ease of integration into various systems.
