The Hydraforce 5606042 (5606042) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve with an internal pilot and internal spring chamber drain. This valve is specifically designed to function as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits and is best suited for use in stable input flow circuits. In its steady state, the PR08-32X model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1, while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. Once a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 at variable values above the set reducing pressure.
