The Hydraforce 5605103 (5605103) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve. It features an external pilot and internal spring chamber drain, designed to direct flow to a secondary circuit once a predetermined pressure level is reached in the primary circuit. In its default state, the PS08-32 blocks flow from port 3 to port 2. When a specified pressure at port 1 is achieved, the cartridge shifts to allow flow from port 3 to port 2. The valve's setting is directly affected by back pressure at port 2 due to the vented spring chamber. Key features of this model include non-reversible adjustments that prevent springs from reaching a solid state and optional spring ranges up to 165.5 bar (2400 psi). The valve also boasts a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability and longevity, along with a compact size that fits common industry standards.
