The Hydraforce 5601401.M30 (5601401.M30) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and low internal leakage. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 2 forces the poppet off its seat. The RV08-22X features adjustment options that cannot be backed out of the valve and includes a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. Adjustment options A, B, and C come with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. There is also an optional bi-directional pressure feature available with a bi-directional pressure seal option. The hardened poppet and cage ensure long life, while optional spring ranges extend up to 248 bar (3600 psi). It offers smooth response to pressure surges and fits into an industry common cavity.
