The Hydraforce 5601103.M100 (5601103.M100) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and low internal leakage. The RV08-22X model effectively blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to move the poppet off its seat. This valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and offers a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. The adjustment options A, B, and C come with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. An optional bi-directional pressure seal allows for bi-directional pressure capabilities. The hardened poppet and cage ensure long life and durability. It also offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides smooth responses to pressure surges.
