The Hydraforce 5601003.M160 (5601003.M160) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting hydraulic relief valve designed for use in demanding hydraulic circuits. This differential area, poppet-type valve serves as a pressure-limiting device, ideal for applications requiring low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. The RV08-22X model effectively blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. Options A, B, and C include positive stops that prevent springs from going solid. For enhanced versatility, an optional bi-directional pressure seal is available.
