The Hydraforce 5600826 (5600826) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to overcome the spring-opposed poppet. Key features include non-backable adjustments and a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. The adjustment options\u2014A, B, and C\u2014come with positive stops to prevent the springs from going solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, it has an optional bi-directional pressure feature that requires a bi-directional pressure seal option. The compact size of this valve makes it suitable for various applications where space is limited. While this model is effective for existing and new applications, Hydraforce notes that their RVD58-20 model is considered best-in-class and can functionally replace this valve in most scenarios due to comparable pressure and flow ratings, improved response rate, better pressure rise characteristics, smaller size, and competitive cost. It requires the VC08-2B cavity variation for certain applications but may allow drop-in replacement in some manifolds.
