The Hydraforce 5600823 (5600823) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require minimal internal leakage. The RV08-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to overcome the spring-opposed poppet. This valve features non-backout adjustments and offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. Adjustment options A, B, and C come with positive stops that prevent the springs from becoming solid. The valve supports optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes.
