The Hydraforce 5600806 (5600806) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits where low internal leakage is crucial. This model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 overcomes the spring tension, causing the poppet to shift off its seat. The valve offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments labeled A, B, and C that feature positive stops to prevent the springs from going solid. It supports optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes.
