The Hydraforce 5600805 (5600805) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that demand low internal leakage. This valve efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It features several pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets, and adjustments labeled A, B, and C come with positive stops to prevent the springs from going solid. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, there is an optional bi-directional pressure feature available with a bi-directional pressure seal option. Notably compact in size, this valve is suitable for existing and new applications.
