The Hydraforce 5600703.15 (5600703.15) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits requiring minimal internal leakage. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 surpasses a certain threshold, forcing the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It features non-back-out adjustments and offers a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. The adjustment options A, B, and C come with positive stops to prevent the springs from going solid. It has optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, a bi-directional pressure option is available when equipped with the appropriate seal option. The valve's compact size makes it suitable for applications where space is limited. Although this model is effective for existing and new applications, Hydraforce recommends considering their RVD58-20 model as an alternative due to its comparable pressure and flow ratings, similar response rate, better pressure rise characteristics, smaller size, lack of dynamic seal requirement, and competitive cost. Note that using this valve may require the VC08-2B cavity variation in some manifolds for drop-in replacement compatibility.
