The Hydraforce 5600700 (5600700) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits where low internal leakage is essential. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It features non-backable adjustments with a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. The adjustment options A, B, and C include positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi), rapid response to pressure changes, and an optional bi-directional pressure seal for bi-directional applications. Its compact size makes it suitable for space-constrained applications. While the RVD58-20 is recommended as a best-in-class alternative due to its superior characteristics such as comparable pressure and flow ratings, better pressure rise characteristics, smaller size, and competitive cost, the RV08-20X can still functionally serve existing and new applications requiring VC08-2B cavity variation.
