The Hydraforce 5600300 (Material Number: 5600300) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits where low internal leakage is essential. The RV08-20X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. This valve features non-backable adjustments and offers a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. Adjustment options A, B, and C include positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. It is available with optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, it offers an optional bi-directional pressure seal for applications requiring bi-directional pressure capabilities. The compact size of the valve makes it suitable for space-constrained applications.
