The Hydraforce 5600252 (5600252) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for low flow circuits that require minimal internal leakage. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It features various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, it has an optional bi-directional pressure capability that requires a bi-directional pressure seal option. Its compact size makes it suitable for applications where space is limited.
