The Hydraforce 5600242 (5600242) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that demand minimal internal leakage. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to overcome the spring-opposed poppet. It features various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and positive stops that prevent springs from becoming solid. The RV08-20X model offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, a bi-directional pressure option is available with the appropriate seal. Its compact size makes it suitable for applications with space constraints.
