The Hydraforce 5600203 (5600203) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve specifically designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. This model efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments with positive stops that prevent springs from going solid. The valve can handle optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. An optional bi-directional pressure feature is available with a specific seal option. The compact size of this valve makes it suitable for applications where space is limited. Although the RV08-20X model is effective in its function, it has been superseded by the RVD58-20 model, which offers comparable pressure and flow ratings, a similar response rate, better pressure rise characteristics, smaller size, no dynamic seal, and competitive cost.
