The Hydraforce 5600202NC (Material Number: 5600202NC) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits where low internal leakage is essential. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 overcomes the spring-opposed poppet, allowing it to open. It features a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments with positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, it has an optional bi-directional pressure capability that requires a bi-directional pressure seal option.
