The Hydraforce 5539093 (5539093) is a high-performance hydraulic cartridge valve specifically designed for low leakage blocking in load-holding applications. This 2-way, piloted, poppet-type, proportional, normally closed screw-in valve offers precise control over hydraulic flow systems. When de-energized, the hsp1220xx model blocks flow from ports 2 to 1 while allowing reverse flow from ports 1 to 2 once the spring forces are overcome. Upon energization, it permits flow proportional to the applied current from ports 2 to 1 and restricts flow in the opposite direction.
This valve features a manual override operation which must be rotated clockwise for normal de-energized operation and counterclockwise for manual shifting of the valve. The manual override is primarily intended for emergency situations rather than continuous duty. The durability and reliability of this model are enhanced by its continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction. Additionally, it comes with waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K, ensuring protection against ingress of dust and high-pressure water.
The Hydraforce hsp1220xx also boasts linear metering capabilities along with its manual override options, providing flexibility and precise control in application use. All components of this model are rigorously tested according to NFPA specification T2.6.1., ensuring a verification level of 90% and an assurance level of 99%, highlighting its reliability and performance standards in demanding hydraulic operations.
