The Hydraforce 5503633U (5503633U) is a high-performance hydraulic solenoid valve, distinguished by its ability to handle high-pressure applications with precision. This proportional, 4-port, 3-position, spool-type motor spool valve is designed for screw-in cartridge-style integration. It operates efficiently with a unique configuration that blocks the inlet port when de-energized while permitting flow from ports 2 and 4 to port 1. Upon energization of the s1 coil, it allows flow from port 3 to 4 and from port 2 to 1; similarly, activation of the s2 coil facilitates flow from port 3 to port 2 and from port 4 to port 1.
Optimized for scenarios where work port flows are unequal due to cylinder ratios, it directs higher return flows effectively to port 2. The manual override feature enhances its versatility by enabling manual shifting of the valve during emergencies; however, it is not intended for continuous operation. This model boasts an industry-common cavity design and features continuous-duty rated coils along with efficient wet-armature construction.
Additionally, its waterproof E-Coils are rated up to IP69K, ensuring robust performance even in demanding environments. The patented high-strength solenoid tube and a solenoid tube resistant to saltspray for up to 960 hours further affirm its durability and reliability. Each unit adheres strictly to NFPA specification T2.6.1., undergoing rigorous testing at a verification level of 90% and an assurance level of 99%, guaranteeing its efficacy in various hydraulic applications.
