The Hydraforce MP08-30R-0-N (5270301) is a manual cartridge valve designed for precise hydraulic control in various applications. This 3-way, 2-position valve features a manual pull-to-shift mechanism with a spring return, ensuring reliable operation and ease of use. In its default position, the valve allows fluid flow from port 2 to port 1 while blocking port 3. When actuated by pulling, it reverses the flow from port 3 to port 2 and blocks port 1. The spring chamber is vented through port 1, which should only be used as a tank port due to its pressure rating of up to 14 bar (200 psi).
An optional pull and rotate feature enhances this model by allowing the valve to be locked in the actuated position with a simple 90-degree rotation, adding flexibility and security for various operational setups. Releasing the valve from the locked position requires another slight pull and a 90-degree turn, returning it to its neutral stance.
Constructed with durability in mind, the MP08-30R-0-N features a hardened spool and cage that ensure longevity even under rigorous use. It fits compactly into standard industry cavities (VC083), making installation straightforward without specific orientation restrictions.
This valve operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C with Buna N seals, which can be replaced with fluorocarbon or urethane options depending on operational needs. The maximum operating contamination level is rated at ISO 4406:2018/14, ensuring clean operation critical for maintaining system integrity and performance.
