The Hydraforce 5225001 (5225001) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated hydraulic check valve designed primarily for blocking or load holding circuits in hydraulic systems. This model allows free flow from port 2 to port 3 and normally blocks flow from port 3 to port 2. Flow can be enabled from port 3 to port 2 when pressure is applied at port 1, providing versatile control based on system pressure changes. The PC0830 features a hardened seat to ensure durability and maintain low leakage over the lifespan of the valve. It also offers optional configurations including a sealed piston and various spring ranges, which enhance its adaptability to different hydraulic applications.
