The Hydraforce 5123360 (5123360) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed to provide precise pressure regulation proportional to the input electrical current. This model, known as the TS58-20X, features a mechanism where flow from port 1 to port 2 is blocked until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the valve. In the absence of electrical current, the valve allows free flow between these ports. The valve is equipped with standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in challenging environments. The design includes an industry-common cavity and can be fitted with a 150 mesh screen at port 1 for added protection. Additionally, it has a back pressure additive feature that maintains a 1:1 ratio with the pressure setting. This makes it suitable for applications requiring reliable and precise pressure control in hydraulic systems.
