The Hydraforce 5123327 (5123327) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise fluid control in hydraulic systems. This model, identified as TS58-20X, regulates pressure proportionally to the input electrical current it receives. A key feature of this valve is its ability to block flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a sufficient level to open the valve. In scenarios where no electrical current is applied, it allows free flow between these ports. The TS58-20X comes equipped with standard 12 and 24 volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability and protection against environmental factors. Its design includes an industry common cavity for ease of integration into existing systems. Additionally, port 1 can be protected by a 150 mesh screen, providing an added layer of security against potential contaminants. The back pressure in this valve adds directly to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, ensuring reliable performance across various applications.
