The Hydraforce 5123289N (5123289N) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure-relieving valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This valve, known as the TS58-20X, regulates pressure proportionally to the input electrical current, making it highly efficient for applications requiring variable pressure management. The valve features a design that blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open it. In the absence of electrical current, it allows free flow between these ports. This model can be equipped with either 12 or 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. The use of an industry common cavity ensures compatibility with various system configurations. Additionally, a 150 mesh screen can be used to protect port 1 from contaminants. The back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, providing consistent performance across different operating conditions.
