The Hydraforce 5123282 (5123282) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. This valve operates by regulating the pressure proportionally to the input electrical current, effectively managing flow between port 1 and port 2. When no electrical current is applied, the TS58-20X allows free flow from port 1 to port 2. The valve features compatibility with standard 12 and 24 volt coils, and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. Its design includes a provision for protecting port 1 with a 150 mesh screen, ensuring reliable operation by preventing debris ingress. Additionally, the valve's back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, providing consistent performance across various applications. The TS58-20X is built with an industry common cavity design, simplifying integration into existing hydraulic systems.
