The Hydraforce 5123184 (5123184) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve known for its precision in regulating pressure in hydraulic systems. This valve, identified by its model code TS58-20X, features an innovative design that allows the regulated pressure to be directly proportional to the input electrical current. It is engineered with a 150 mesh screen option to protect port 1 and has a back pressure additive feature at a 1:1 ratio to the pressure setting. The valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure is present at port 1 to open it; without electrical current applied, it allows free flow between these ports. The TS58-20X is versatile with standard coil options available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Its industry-common cavity design ensures compatibility with various hydraulic systems, making it an adaptable choice for numerous applications requiring precise pressure control.
