The Hydraforce 5123158 (5123158) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. This valve features a regulated pressure that is directly proportional to the input electrical current, making it highly responsive and adaptable for various applications. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the valve. In scenarios where no current is applied, the TS58-20X allows free flow from port 1 to port 2. The valve supports both 12 and 24-volt coils as standard options, with an additional option for waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K, providing robust protection against dust and water ingress. Furthermore, it includes an industry-common cavity design for easy integration into existing systems and can be equipped with a protective 150 mesh screen at port 1. The back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a ratio of 1:1, allowing for consistent performance across different operating conditions. This makes the Hydraforce TS58-20X ideal for applications requiring reliable and adjustable pressure relief capabilities within hydraulic circuits.
